Meeting the team: the kids go crazy!

Young Rwandan boys in Live 2 Break t-shirts cheering and smiling
The new Live 2 Break crew members at Les Enfants de Dieu

Today, the team met the boys at Les Enfants de Dieu. The boys – aged 6 to 18 years – showed off their dance moves, sang for us, and then cheered loudly – leaping up and breaking one of the benches – when Bret and Pervez started breakdancing. We distributed the Live 2 Break t-shirts to all the boys, who immediately put them on and started posing for the camera. A really exciting start to the project. We’re so looking forward to the first real workshop with them tomorrow (although Pervez was already showing them some moves).
